World Champion Keith Berry...WOOSTOCK is 100% ON!!

With all the ongoing confusion regarding the status of being able to drag racing, World Champion Keith Berry has made is pretty clear…WOOSTOCK 2020 is 100% a go!

For months we have been up in the air regarding what the hell we are going to do when it comes to go outdoors and actually enjoying the business and sport of drag racing. Keith didn’t mince words when speaking with Wes Buck at Drag Illustrated. It is very clear that Keith is ready to be at the race track and put on this amazing event.

As of this writing, unfortunately, fans will not be included with the event, but that is a fluidly changing situation from state to state, so if that changes Keith will be the first to let everyone know. I know that a lot of you want to be at Darlington Dragway for what feels like the kickoff to the season on the east coast at this point, but sometimes the promoters are put in a tough situation regarding what is happening.

Keith stated that they plan on following “Social distancing” guidelines and doing everything needed to keep everyone safe. If you have been to Darlington before, you are well aware that DeeDee and Russell are very fan and racer orientated. I have a feeling that everything has been very well thought out and laid out for an event of this size.

This will be the first time since the inaugural Woostock that I will be personally on the property to cover the event. I am certainly looking forward to bring all of our reader’s extensive coverage of everything that Keith, Lance, and everyone else involved with event has to offer. This is a race that will have the baddest radial, N/T cars, and just about everything else in the world involved. Speedvideo will be carrying the race via its outlet, and there will be photographers from just about every major media outlet in the country on the property.

Make sure to stay tuned to E3xtreme for any further information regarding the event and amazing coverage from the event.
