Keith Haney Announces 16 Car Mid-West Pro Mod Shootout in Dallas

In what could easily be described as some of the biggest race news in recent history, Keith Haney, the Founder of the Mid-West Pro Mod Series has officially announced a 16 car race to be held during the NHRA Dallas event this October.

“Saying that this is a dream come true can’t even come close to describing the feeling of this coming to fruition. After years of work, sweat, and dreams, NHRA fans will see some of the best of the best eight mile pro mod cars in the world. We have been working on this for about four years now, and it’s finally a reality”, Keith stated.

The Motorplex in Ennis, TX will be the sight where everything will take place. Texas has a very strong pro mod history and is the place where MWPMS normally starts their season and finishes their season. What better place to hold it, then someplace that all the series drivers are used to? Screw blowers, Turbos, Nitrous, will all be completing each other in a quest to be the first ever champion of this event.

Details are still being ironed out, but you can bet knowing Keith, and Ellen Eschenbacher, the event will be a can’t mis extravaganza. As soon as Keith and the MWPMS team release the rest of the details about the event, we will get them out to you. The date for the event is October 17th 2019 through October 20th 2019.

Stay tuned, this is going to be exciting to say the least.
