Mid-West Pro Mod Series season opener POSTPONED

To say that I am sick of having to report these postponed races would be an absolute understatement. I did receive word from E3xtreme Co-Founder and Mid-West Pro Mod Series Media/Marketing Coordinator Ellen Eschenbacher regarding this earlier today.

Unfortunately, due to the nationwide health issue with the CoronaVirus and the government recommendations along with government restrictions, Mid-West Pro Mod Series has been forced to postpone their season opening race set for March 27th-28th in Ennis, TX at the Texas Motorplex.

Everyone involved was in contact with local and county government to see what could be done to hold the event and unfortunately at this point there is no way to safely have the event. The CDC, along with local, state, and federal government has put the clamps on any gatherings over 50 people or so.

“In the best interest of our staff, racers, crew, and most importantly fans of Mid-West Pro Mods, at this time our season-opening race will be postponed to a later date. The safety of our fans, along with everyone involved at MWPMS and Texas Motorplex is of the utmost importance!” stated Ellen Eschenbacher & Keith Haney.

At this time, due to the unforeseeable outcome of the current status of the health epidemic, a reschedule date is not available at this time. We at E3xtreme will keep you updated on this and any other race cancellations that we are made aware of.
