The season kicks off in California this weekend and one of the biggest things to happen in the off season was the formation of smaller teams and new owners. Antron and AB Motorsports kick off the season seeking his 4th Top Fuel Championship, and his 1st as a team owner.

“I’m looking forward to getting to Pomona, the first race of the year. The team is in high spirits coming off of a really good test session where we learned a lot. We’re amped up, we’re motivated and we feel like we can compete with anyone out there. We’re ready to kick off our season on a high note. We’re so grateful to all of our partners who have helped us reach this point. Matco Tools, Toyota, SiriusXM, and the addition of Lucas Oil and now Summit Racing coming aboard to give us the right equipment when we need it out there on the race track, Darton Sleeves, and of course our longtime supporters at Hangsterfer’s.”
