This is something that Kyle and I have been working on for a while now and we spoke on it yet again this morning Now it is time to let the entire drag racing industry know exactly what is going on.
As some of you may have seen, Kyle Christ, the owner of Straight Line Media has been sporting the E3xtreme logo on his videos. Well, the time has come to make the partnership official. Neither business is going to change at all. The objective of the two companies combining their forces is so that we get as many eyes on our sport as possible.
Moving into the next decade of motorpsorts, both Kyle and I understand the importance of bringing people into the sport that we love. This means getting them to read about drag racing, and watch drag racing. Kyle has done very well in building an audience as have we at E3xtreme, so this is just a chance for both outlets to provide their fans and readers the best content possible.
You might wonder what this means for E3xtreme or how this is going to work. Kyle and I have determined that E3xtreme will add a video tab on the site that will have the Straight Line Media videos embedded on the site. What this means for you the reader is that you will be able to come by E3xtreme for not only all your news, editorial, and photo content, but also to watch drag racing videos all day long too.
For our branding partners, nothing will change. Kyle will pursue his partners and E3xtreme will do the same. The benefit is that both E3xtreme & Straight Line Media branding partners will see increased exposure due to traffic and time spent on the site. I am trying to get more eyes viewing drag racing, and that is Kyle's goal as well. We look forward to expanding this soon as well. Another videographer we work with is Mikel Miranda, so you may start to see his videos added to the library also. The video tab should be added this week, and content updated on there daily as we can.
On a personal note, I want to thank Kyle and the work that he has been doing, along with his decision to move forward on this adventure. Kyle is someone that is family to me, and his drive to bring you guys/gals great video content is what makes our partnership a family matter.
Until the Video Library is up, you can visit Straight Line Media on Youtube.
